B EGIN with PRAYER

12 One day soon afterward Jesus went up on a mountain to pray, and he prayed to God all night. 13 At daybreak he called together all of his disciples and chose twelve of them to be apostles.   -Luke 6:12-13

L ISTEN

40 When Jesus heard him, he stopped and ordered that the man be brought to him. As the man came near, Jesus asked him, 41 “What do you want me to do for you?”    -Luke 18:40-41

E AT

Matthew invited Jesus and his disciples to his home as dinner guests, along with many tax collectors and other disreputable sinners.    -Matthew 9:10

A deaf man with a speech impediment was brought to him, and the people begged Jesus to lay his hands on the man to heal him.
