FAQs
What’s a watch party?
A watch party is simply a gathering of friends & acquaintances -- people who like to hang out together -- watching church online together instead of alone. It’s a great way to form community so you have the support you’re looking for on a regular basis. Your watch party group can decide where & how to gather, whether to have food or not, and can even plan additional get-togethers if desired.
Do we eat?
Food is a great add to your Watch Party gathering, but it’s definitely not required. If you choose to make food part of your gathering, BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakfast) allows for everyone to share the watch party experience and great conversation at the table with health and safety in mind.
What if I’m already in a growth group?
Check with your group leader! They may already be planning to add a watch party to the calendar. If not, feel free to check out the watch party opportunities….or consider hosting your own!
How do I send emails to people signed up for my watch party?
Allow us to support your Watch Party group by signing your party up here. Registering your group opens support tools for sending invites and communications, tech support and other resources that will help make your party as successful and impactful as possible.
Is there content for kids?
Yes! On-demand content is available for kids on our page. There you will find songs and Bible stories for three age groups; preschool, Kindergarten-third grade and Club 45, fourth and fifth grade. Additional content can be found on our Westside Community Church Kids Ministry Facebook Group.
Is there content for students?
