God’s Love To Us

  • God is LOVE. 

God is love, and all who love live in God and God lives in them. 

-I John 4:16

  • God’s love GIVES. 

For this is how God loved the world; He gave his one and only son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.    

-John 3:16

  • God’s love has no SEPARATION. 

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow- not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.    -Romans 8:38:39

God’s Love In Us

1. Love GOD

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.    -Mark 12:30

2. HUSBANDS love your WIVES

For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her.    -Ephesians 5:25


3. Love EACH OTHER. 

So now I’m giving you a new commandment; love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.     -John 13:34

We are Rescued by the Love of a Savior.

God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.    -Romans 5:8 

My Next Step Today Is:

  • Today I’m saying YES to Jesus!

  • I want to be baptized on October 31st

  • I’ll Read 1 John chapters 1-5 and look for the word “love”
