PROBLEM: We have a PARTIAL understanding of love

Fixing it:

1. KNOW love

This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.    -1 John 4:10 (NLT)

2. GROW love

And may the Lord make your love for one another and for all people grow and overflow, just as our love for you overflows.    

-1 Thessalonians 3:12 (NLT)

3. SHOW love

Let me give you a new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other.

-John 13:34-35 (Msg)
